John McCain Funeral Turns Into Political Cheap Shot Party

Did Senator John McCain order what transpired today at his funeral? It was more like a Donald J. Trump bashing party than a funeral service. Bishop Charles H. Ellis, III, who directed McCain’s funeral groped entertainer Ariana Grande.

Ellis apologized to Grande, her fans and Hispanic community for making a joke about seeing her name on the program and thinking it was a new item on the Taco Bell menu.

Sexual harassment and cheap shots at our president. I can picture McCain making the trump bashing arrangements from his bed before his passing.

America was always great: Meghan McCain, takes cheap shot at Donald Trump in eulogy. She didn’t name President Trump as she spoke at the Washington National Cathedral on Saturday, but the target of her message was clear.

The America of John McCain is generous and welcoming and bold. She is resourceful and confident and secure. She meets her responsibilities. She speaks quietly because she is strong. America does not boast because she has no need to.

Barack Obama’s jabs were more subtle but still appeared to be directed at the current occupant of the White House. He derided those in politics who traffic in bombast and insult and phony controversies and manufactured outrage. He also attacked politics that pretends to be brave and tough but in fact is born of fear.

Since he was not invited to John McCain’s funeral – Donald Trump played golf!

Update 09/02/18: Oops.. I goofed.. The groping occurred during Aretha Franklin’s funeral. Should have researched the subject better before doing a quick post. 😆
