U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan Wrongly Stalling Flynn Case Dismissal

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, who was appointed to the bench in 1994 by former President Clinton, will determine whether to grant the request by the Department of Justice (DOJ) to drop charges against Michael Flynn. As the ObamaGate Admin faces increasing scrutiny daily, Sullivan apparently is trying to prolong the Biggest D.C. Scandal since WaterGate in 1967. 😡

All the former ObamaGate Admin sewer rats are chiming in. Eric Holder Obama’s former AG was defending Judge Emmet Sullivan today. The good ship Obama Admin is sinking, but instead of abandoning ship, the rats are using coffee cups in vain trying to bail her out. The TRUTH IS, the immoral and abusive misconduct by the FBI is ample grounds to vacate Michael Flynn’s prosecution. Eric Holder himself argued a similar dismissal in front of the same judge 10 yrs ago.

Judge Emmet Sullivan has handled high-profile cases before. In fact, the judge tossed the conviction of a prominent Republican senator after accusations of prosecutorial misconduct. On December 18, 2018, all eyes were on Judge Sullivan as Michael Flynn, appeared before him for his scheduled sentencing hearing. The judge’s comments on Michael Flynn and treason were controversial at the time. Now Judge Sullivan has issued a controversial order relating to Flynn.

On May 12, 2020, the judge caused controversy when he issued an order allowing friend of the court briefs in Flynn’s case. That move came after the U.S. Department of Justice moved to dismiss its case against Flynn, following the recommendation of U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen. That came after the release of FBI agents’ notes that said things like, “What is our goal — truth, admission or to get him to lie so we can prosecute him or get him fired?” The DOJ found that statements Flynn made to investigators weren’t material to a justified investigation. The order signaled that the judge won’t immediately rule on whether to dismiss the criminal case against Flynn.
